Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Gather at His Table Quarterly. This policy explains how our annual magazine subscriptions work, including automatic renewal, billing, shipping, and cancellation.
1. Annual Magazine Subscription
An annual subscription to Gather at His Table Quarterly includes four printed quarterly issues delivered by mail to the shipping address provided by the subscriber.
Standard shipping within the United States is included in the annual subscription price.
The subscription price and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.
2. Automatic Annual Renewal
Annual subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled before the renewal charge is processed.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize Gather at His Table LLC, through its payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the annual subscription price at enrollment and upon each subsequent annual renewal.
The subscription will continue until canceled.
Any changes to the renewal price will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.
3. Renewal Notification
We will send a renewal reminder to the email address associated with your subscription at least 15 calendar days before your scheduled annual renewal date.
The reminder will identify the upcoming renewal, applicable subscription charge, renewal date, and instructions for cancellation.
Subscribers are responsible for keeping their email addresses current.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription's automatic renewal at any time before the next renewal charge is processed.
To request cancellation, contact:
Include your name and the email address associated with your subscription.
We will confirm your cancellation by email.
Where subscriptions are purchased online, we will also provide an accessible online cancellation method as required by applicable law.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal charges but does not automatically cancel the current paid subscription period.
5. Issues Remaining After Cancellation
If you cancel automatic renewal during an active annual subscription, you will continue receiving the remaining issues included in your paid subscription period.
Your subscription will expire at the end of that period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Refunds
Annual subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once the subscription period has begun, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in this policy.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the current subscription period.
If Gather at His Table LLC cannot fulfill the remaining issues of a paid subscription, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for undelivered issues.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments are addressed under our separate Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Address Changes
Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address and notifying us promptly of any changes.
Address changes should be submitted to support@gatherathistable.com before the affected issue enters fulfillment.
We cannot guarantee that an address change can be applied to an issue already shipped.
Standard domestic shipping is included in the annual subscription price.
8. Payment Problems
If an automatic renewal payment cannot be processed, we may notify you and request updated payment information.
We will not continue charging an invalid payment method indefinitely.
Subscription fulfillment may be suspended if payment cannot be completed.
9. Changes to Subscription Terms
Gather at His Table LLC may update subscription offerings, pricing, or terms.
Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.
Changes will not eliminate rights or protections that subscribers cannot lawfully waive.
